To rent a vehicle from us, you must:
Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee vehicle availability. All bookings are subject to confirmation from our team. We will notify you of availability and send detailed reservation information within one business day.
A security deposit may be required at the time of vehicle collection. The deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle category and rental duration.

The rented vehicle must not be used:
All rentals include comprehensive insurance coverage. The renter is responsible for the insurance excess amount in the event of damage or loss. Optional excess reduction packages are available at additional cost.
You are liable for all damage to the vehicle, including overhead damage, underbody damage, and interior damage, unless covered by insurance. You are also responsible for the replacement cost of lost keys, remote controls, or vehicle documentation.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may be subject to cancellation fees. No-shows without prior notice will forfeit any deposits paid.
Vehicles must be returned by the agreed date and time to the designated return location. Late returns without prior authorization may incur additional daily rental charges and fees. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup, or refueling charges will apply.
If the vehicle experiences mechanical problems during the rental period, contact our roadside assistance immediately. Do not arrange unauthorized repairs. We will provide a replacement vehicle or appropriate assistance based on the circumstances.
You are responsible for all traffic violations, parking fines, and toll charges incurred during the rental period. We will forward any notices received to your registered address along with an administrative processing fee.
We are not responsible for any personal property left in rental vehicles. Please ensure you remove all belongings when returning the vehicle.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or rental vehicles.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
